An unfamiliar poster at YoungPhillyPolitics has an interesting piece about the recent creation of a new Philadelphia Redevelopment Zone at the southern end of the Italian Market and how well-meaning attempts to get a vacant property developed are turning into a strange dismissal of successful and flourishing nearby businesses.
